I shopped in your dispensary for the first time today… I had a salesman who got my order incorrect… When I returned two minutes after I left the store to correct my order he refused!! I was told that it was my fault, and he was not taking my return… I am very disappointed in his service, his communication and his interaction with customers… he should be spoken to by MaNaGeMeNT about his service to customers …Then AleXa came out of the back room and proceeded to help me with my order and correct it… She was a pleasure to work with… She was polite. She was professional and was willing to correct my order without an argument or an attitude… I would like to commend AleXA for helping me and would like to give her a high rating on her salesmanship attitude, professionalism, and personal help… maNaGeMeNT should know that AleXA is a excellent worker and is very helpful…

I’m super appreciative of my experience at MUV once a major stoner who stopped for quite awhile now back on and figuring out how to navigate these medical goodies once again, the gentleman at the counter (Elijah I believe) was super helpful and shared his opinion when I asked questions about the product I was getting.
