Formerly a loyal customer, now I'll never go again and encourage others to do business with more reputable options. I had accrued several thousand points in their rewards system. I was told this old rewards system was replaced by a new system, and that the points earned were no longer valid. No effort was made to transfer or honor the previously earned points, or offer any sort of deal as compensation. This had been my go-to spot, but between the mid quality and mismanagement, there's plenty of better options in DC. (Don't trust the 5 star reviews, that's just an incentive for a minor discount)
Up N Smoke is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve visited. The customer service is top notch from the moment you walk in. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me pick out an amazing flower that ended up being exactly what I needed. You can tell he knows his products and genuinely cares about getting customers the best match.Overall, the experience was smooth, friendly, and super informative.
