I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Cloud 9 Dispensary was extremely disappointing. When I first visited, the customer service was great, which is why this situation was so frustrating. I purchased a vape pen that stopped working after only three days, and it was still completely full. When I returned to the store, the manager refused to offer a refund or replacement and told me I had to wait a week. During the conversation, he even dismissed the issue by referring to it as my “little $40,” which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I consider myself a calm and pleasant customer, but I had to go back and forth arguing just to be heard about a defective product I had barely used. Good customer service should continue after the sale, especially when a product clearly fails so quickly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
