Never open when they say you’re open. Won’t even answer the door. Why be a business with hours if you’re not open.
No one answers the phone and no one opens the door. I wasted my time and gas driving here, if you have open hours you should be there and someone should be answering the door.
They’re very inconsistent with their hours. They say they are open but when you show up no one answers the door. This has happened at least 3 times for me. Just happened to me today on 12/21/2025. If you say you are open, then be open. Unreliable. Use Farmacy District in Navy Yard instead, they are a real business and can deliver.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Had the funniest time in this store!
