Fine Fettle - Norwalk Dispensary

Great little dispensary that usually has the best deals. So much so that I prefer to drive 20 minutes to give them my business over frequenting the place 5 blocks from my house.

I love this dispensary! The folks here are knowledgeable and friendly and fun to visit with. They've always got the skinny on what's new, what's coming up, what's to keep my eye out for. Definitely in the know. I'm out to visit them right now :-)

Both employees were knowledgeable on terpenes annd options; they helped me find effective edibles for nighttime relaxation without immediate sedation. Store has easy in and out access with parking.

Me and my boyfriend’s first time here and had the pleasure of Lisa helping us out check out selections on their menu. She was so chill and kind about everything and took her time to answer our questions. She had us both laughing and pretty much made our experience there very comfortable. We bought some flower and prerolls she recommended excited to try it out. Next time we’re around we’ll be sure to come see her again!

I usually love this place, but I’ve noticed that the front desk woman hasn’t returned my greetings for the past month, which has felt increasingly awkward and unprofessional. A few weeks ago, I was dealing with a personal issue and came in feeling sad and extremely overwhelmed, but I still made sure to greet her. It seems she may have taken my mood personally, because since then she hasn’t acknowledged me. My withdrawn, spaced out mood literally had nothing to do with her. It’s upsetting because, in a customer service role (which I myself do for work), a person’s momentary emotions shouldn’t affect how they are treated overall. I hope management can address this, as it impacts the quality of experience for anyone who just wants to visit and feel welcome/ buy the things they need here. Think I’ll go to shangrila where they’re always nice for now but thx. My money is precious to me and I can’t ethically spend it at a store where I am treated this way. I tried to broach this subject with the girl herself- instead of acknowledging and apologizing, she smiled and laughed which was very cruel.
