Some workers here are so rude for no reason. Came in dude was on his phone the entire interaction, did not want to help, we had questions about prerolls and told us to just look at the display. He said his name was Gavin, he had long black hair with a black septum piercing. Came in for my birthday and the vibe was not it.

Great atmosphere, great prices, knowledgeable staff. Sometimes the music is too loud for me to hear what they're saying but maybe i just have bad hearing idk. I love this place and I'm loyal to it. (Edit: Since I left this review the music has been turned down and I no longer have any trouble hearing the budtenders)

It is a nice place, but be careful when you pay, because my cashier Kimberly, she didn't give me my cashback as usual for the same product that I've been purchasing for months; this is the first time that this happened to me.

So far, most of my experiences have been great. Most of the bud tenders are great and energetic and they really want to help you out. But there are a couple of sore thumbs that stand out, and you can tell that they are just there for the paycheck, and possibly the discount. I won't name any names, but you can immediately tell who is who.

I used to love coming here but that has changed. I’ve been a longtime customer and have heard the same verbal instructions regarding the return policy on faulty disposals every single time I make a purchase, “just so you know we do have a 3 day policy on purchases that may be faulty or damaged, save your receipt just in case.” In the past I’ve only had to exchange two of my turn disposables for the same reasons, it won’t pull. Well last night I bought a disposable right before closing and I ran into the same issue but couldn’t exchange it because at this point they’re already closed. So I waited ALL day until I got out of work to come and exchange it, not return just exchange. However I realized I didn’t not have my physical receipt so I called and spoke to the front desk because yes that was my bad. He said to come inside and the manager will see what he can do. As I’m inside waiting to see the manager I discover my online receipt in my emails, with my name, date and time of purchase, purchased item, order number everything to prove my purchase for my exchange in the reasonable 3 days as given. (Not even 24 hours after purchase, I bought my disposable at 9:30pm Monday night, attempt to exchange at 4:30pm Tuesday) Now the Manager comes out, I explain this to him and show him my online receipt on my phone and he says he can’t exchange it because I didn’t have the package it came in? That’s ridiculous! I kept my cool didn’t make a scene l, didn’t disrespect him, or the establishment just walked out politely and quietly because that’s some bullshit I won’t be supporting taking my business somewhere else where I won’t be ripped off or taken advantage of.
