1st time visiting. Placed my order online. Was easy to pickup my order employes were helpful. Great vibe.
Safe location, friendly bud tenders, and high quality products, and the lounge is so chill! 😎 The music tracks they play are also outstanding. ❤️ Love that there's also a coffee ☕️ bar and I try to get to their special events when I can. It's the only dispensary in the IE, in my opinion, that has the vibe I miss from my favorite dispensaries in Palm Springs, my hometown.
I’ve been a customer at Haven San Bernardino since 2020, back when online ordering actually meant something. You could place an order, walk in, and be out quickly. Over time, that system has completely fallen apart. Now, even with an online order placed in advance, you’re still waiting 15–20 minutes just to pick up a small order. At that point, what’s the purpose of online ordering? On top of the wait times, there’s consistently an unwelcoming atmosphere that makes the experience worse. I’ve tried to stay loyal for five years, but today was the last straw. Poor order management and disregard for customer time is why I won’t be returning. Loyal customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience.

The person I spoke to heard out my frustrations and just let me vent about my experience. She was genuine and respectful throughout the entire interaction and reassured me that the customer experience is their number 1 focus. Thank you Captain Jack’s!
Love coming to Captain Jacks. Great service and prices. I was helped out by Carla, who really helped me out. She gorgeous btw. Sad to see this place isn’t a strip club anymore.
