This place generally has the best, most attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly bud tenders I’ve experienced throughout the country. This particular time however, the young man that helped me was very inpatient and short with me. Although it shouldn’t really matter, I was purchasing 7 top shelf 8ths, and headed to their sister store to purchase more after I left there; furthermore, that’s probably the least I spend biweekly consistently. Every other bud tenders, 10/10; this young man however, could most certainly work on his attitude.
Bryan was a great help! Had a great attitude. Credit card machines were down causing me to withdraw from ATM. I was unable to give him a tip due to not having the next 20 dividend available in my account. But Bryan was very apologetic about the situation. So here's to Bryan!!! TOOT TOOT a train horn for not making me feel bad about not being able to tip. Keep it up brotha!!!
Super Friendly and fast service. I ordered for the pick up window so I didn't need much information but my order was ready for me and I was in and out in a jiffy. I have shopped here 3x and ordered delivery once. Every experience has been exceptional.
I love this place. The fact that the price you see is the price you pay makes shopping enjoyable. Today, the app decided to route my purchase to a totally different city, nowhere close to where I live. Bryan, without hesitation, grabbed a basket and went shopping for me. He was able to get the same order, product flavors were different, and saved me $13. I am a customer for life!
