Old and brown... Definitely past it's expiration date. Most people would have threw it out awhile ago. Maybe there bags should be clear so people can see what their buying before they buy it and the bud tender would also be able to see if they bud is still green and not brown..

Excellent products and top-notch customer service. West (the manager) and Carver (sales associate) went above and beyond and made a great first impression. I have ADHD and have since discovered THCv and how wonderful it is for focus. The Cookies website says that they have Pure Energy drops with the THCv. I go in and I tell the tender, this is exactly what I need, the ones with THCv, and instead they give me three of the items that have THC and CBD. I did not open the bag until I got home and realized that they aren’t what I ordered. So I called them and talked to the receptionist, Tim, and he was nice. I explained to him the situation and all he said that he could do is that they could give me a 50% off coupon for my next purchase, but that they would not be able to issue me a refund because I left the building. I explained to him that the website says that they have them in stock with the picture and he said that the company re-formulated the product and it no longer has the THCv. Cookies did not update the picture or their listing on the website. I doubt that it was done on purpose, but it is still false advertising! He says, I guess that it’s not only on us, but it’s on the company who makes the items as well - admitting to me that they messed up. They still refused to issue me a refund when it was their screw up. I don’t understand how I’m the one paying the price for their screw up and now not only am I out the money, but I have products that I cannot use!!! Terrible customer service and bad, bad business. If you know what you did was wrong, you need to make it right. You don’t keep the customer’s money and then tell them “sorry all I can offer is a 50% off coupon for your next purchase”. Why would I come back there, why? Why would I shop there again with that type of service? It’s just wrong anyway you look at it. As someone who has worked in the retail and customer service business for over 20 years, this is infuriating. Make it right Cookies!

It was a very pleasant experience coming here. Everyone was super friendly and informative. They have a great selection and great quality products.
