I had a very disappointing experience with WCC cartridges and the customer service at this location. The carts I purchased were not working properly at all. They barely hit, and blue smoke was coming out from the coil, which is obviously not normal. I showed this issue to an employee, but she insisted that the cart was working fine and said there was nothing she could do to help, even though I clearly demonstrated the problem. I even showed it to the security guard, and he agreed that it wasn’t right. It’s frustrating to spend money on products that don’t work and then be brushed off when you ask for help. The lack of professionalism and concern for customers is disappointing. I expected better quality and better service. Until this is addressed, I would not recommend this place.
Today, I walked into OTC and walked out with a good deal and feeling better than when I walked in. This dispensary is hands down the best in terms of price, assortment, and pretty much friendly staff. I've been a customer for about 2 years now I think and I can't really recall feeling ripped off or just sold something too from these gals and guys. It's still a business, but if making people feel calm, welcome, and relaxed is a hallmark of a great one, then this dispensary should be nominated. Good looks.

Visited for the first time and had a great experience. I was greeted by Devin, the friendly security at the door, which made for a warm welcome. The staff inside was helpful, and they had some great deals too. Will definitely be back!
