I stopped by Off the Charts while visiting from out of town and was very happy with my experience. The prices and quality were great. Andrea is the perfect budtender. She was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for some good weed in Palm Springs.

This is where I go to get my smokeables, why? Best price, best quality, and the staff rock! My bro and I always find it very easy to joke with and carry on with the staff at both locations. Best of all, they're really fast, too.

If you're from out of town, beware: check what you buy or are gifted (batteries especially) before you leave the premises. My first bad experience ever at, while also feeling let down after a dispensary's visit. I asked for advice and was lead to a product attached to a promotion that included the battery it needed. I made my decision based on that recommendation because my battery is at home. Well, I get to where I'm staying and the battery did not work or charge. I return to the store and they say they are not responsible for the promotion. I end up with a cartridge I can't use unless I (conveniently) buy another battery from their shop as they don't have the same battery I was given. The one offered is more than the vape cost itself. A store is indeed responsible for any promotions it hosts at their establishment, especially if it is tied to a specific product you sell. Not accepting that degrades the reputation of your shop. Maybe it was not a coincidence that in the time I returned to the store, the lady doing the promotion was gone and, convently, only stops by the shop every two weeks. I was offered a pre-roll or two edibles as a "consolation" prize, and I accepted neither. Hollow apologies and platitudes don't go very far when there's barely any eye contact while expressing them.. I decide my time is not worth the effort and leave. Lots of inconveniences for the customer.

Easy to find, good parking, fast experience with security and with the shopping. Staff were very helpful and informative, too many choices these days, which is great, but makes each experience that much more enjoyable. The store was on the smaller side, but made up for that with high quality offerings across all price points and all different categories of product. Very positive experience, definitely worth recommending, especially if it’s your first visit, they offer 25% off your first four visits.
