Was interested in indulging in some edibles. You can order online but it seemed more simple for me to visit the store in person. Thats cool that they have an online option. I get there and security checks ID and directs you inside. The fact that you can use apple pay is the best. Most dispensaries I go to require cash only so this was a great impression on myself. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I wanted to buy more but maybe there will be a next time because I would definitely come back and I highly recommend. Oh! And the edible did not disappoint. The taste was great and the effects were the perfect amount.
The store was out of my online order and John stepped up and showed me something better that I like.
Great place but hit know that I have an injury the drop the ball on me. I ordered online through the app. Paid upfront for the product through the strong hold which is an additional 3.50. Came to pick it up the very next day. My order is no were to be found. Had me waiting 15mins to get my order ready. My knee is fractured badly so it’s in a brace. I walked from work to get here for my lunch break. They ended up almost making me late to get back to work.
I was just rejected because I didn't bring ID although I'm a regular customer with ID saved in their systems. I've came here and other times I've forgot my ID and was helped until today. Your workers should be trained to be more professional! 👎
