If I could give 0 stars I would. I text to order 4 HOURS AHEAD of time for delivery to make it easier. I was told that I would get a text message “in a few seconds” with a total so I can pull out cash because now super inconveniently they’ve decided not to use card. 2 hours later and a voicemail I haven’t heard a word. Super unprofessional. I’ve had issues with this place more and more in the last couple years. The last order I placed I put the order in and 5 hours later I got a call telling me my delivery would be to me soon because the driver got a flat. 5 hours for a flat tire? I always get reassured that things will get better and I always give them a chance and it’s getting WORSE!! I will never ever use this place again just for the lack of respect to a paying customer. Please do not reach out to me to persuade me to change my review as you have previously, after a hour of reaching out my concerns I still have no contact back about my order. Let me also note my boyfriend is a vet and has served this country and they know it, don’t offer discounts if you’re just going to jump off the face of the earth when it’s time to apply them.

You have a new loyal customer! Just switched from Smoakland, which up until my past few orders with them I had minimal issues. But these last couple orders killed the vibe. So I went searching....and found The Green Team. Thankful I did! I like that pricing is already inclusive of tax, delivery was quick, product is good and driver was polite (didn't get his name....)Thank you!!

First off, I love the selection of tree and prices as well. The only downside to this service is the delivery side. I have scheduled multiple different orders only to have it show up an hour or more later than the scheduled time. Don't schedule an order if your expecting it to arrive on time, call it in when you have time to kill.

The Green Team is my go to place, I have used their service for years. They are always reliable, have the best prices and products, and very friendly drivers including Nick, who was a very nice guy. Don't hesitate to try them out, you won't be sorry.

Green Team is incredible! My sister and I have ordered from them for over a year and the service continues to get better and better. All of the drivers are super friendly, and management takes the time to get to know all their customer. Love them!
