Don't know if I'll be coming back. Prices are great, but staff needs improvement on costumer service. I also witnessed employee curse out one of there own security guards outside. Felt bad for that security guard to be talked to like that. Flavors staff need to do better
As a first-time customer, I had such a great experience. Kelsey M. was awesome — super knowledgeable, really friendly, and actually took the time to help me pick the best item instead of rushing me. She made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and kind. I also have to mention they have a wide variety of brands and products — it honestly feels like an adult candy store. Definitely coming back again!
I'm VERY impressed with the new store (previously this was an Element7). The new store has a massive inventory, good prices and everyone I've encountered is friendly & knowledgable. This is the dispensary that Montclair needed.
I love this place sorry to all my other spots I have hit but it’s over now so affordable you will never be able to buy a whole once for about 55. Nowhere and it ain’t trash either they have over I wanna say over 60 $10 dollars eighths out the door and some have a promo where you can get another for 1.00 please they killing it especially for those who don’t have the money to be paying all those hidden fees and on a budget I drive all the way out here from Fremont it is well worth it
Haven’t come here yet. However, the Antioch location said you guys have a much bigger selection than them and it’s not as busy. Well, I looked on your guys website and it actually shows the quite opposite of what I was told. Maybe you guys are just having a hard time with the website and the online orders. But I still want to come out and check you guys out cause I hear good things.
