The change of ownership made this place a 5-star. Every one should give them a second chance, their inventory is incredible!!
Changed hours, website rarely works, and never answers the phone! I use to like them cause the staff that use to work there were nice and helpful and the location is convenient. Now I don't know what to make of them 👎🏻
Their hours are not very convenient and they don’t seem very friendly or to want to answer the phone. The atmosphere is quite clinical and sterile, but maybe that’s the image they want. I much prefer the Fruit of the Earth cannabis store in Santa Fe, NM with its opposite image and very friendly staff.
I got got. Showed up with 15 mins left to go. the dude at the front door shaking his head (as another reviewer said). "last call 745" the budtenders are friendly enough, but that put the nail in the coffin for me. from my perspective (and others) you should consider closing "at 8" and finish your back of house procedure after your advertised closing time. took my business to harborside and got everything half off! ✌️
Not a huge deal, but I was extremely down today and I waited for my turn in the lobby. When I walked in There’s only one other guy in there and so I spent about five minutes just wandering around. The person at the counter was helping another person (white) and I was ignored completely while he helped the customer. Well, believe it or not another young white guy walks in and the person behind the counter immediately says “hey man, how are you? How’s it going?” When I walked in, he literally completely and totally ignored me. I just had one of the hardest days I’ve had in many many years and the smallest thing could’ve gone along way, but he could not be bothered saying hello to me. I guess they only say hi to white guys. I will never go to this place again and encourage everyone if they want to be mistreated or arbitrary to frequent this place. Thanks for ignoring me and making my day even worse If that was possible. The smallest gesture would’ve gotten a really long way with me today. The friendliest pot store is the one in Emeryville on the corner by the Chevron gas station. They are always super super super super nice. They’re friendly to everyone and I swear to God I will never go to this Montclair dispensary again.
