I’m not even in the store yet, looking for my ID when three dudes pile in the doorway making it more weird. There is no one in the shop. I come in knowing what I want and I tell this to the MOD bc I care enough to let him kinda know that this is actually my fav place I gooo … just cause less stress .. so when I try to relay that why is the MOD dismissive? Talking about “well these are my workers”. Good shop if it’s your first first Friday and you’re marooned on the block or something.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Stood there for 15 minutes while the dude just chatted up some random homeless lady and I left. Was gonna spend easily over $100 there but would never spend a dime there ever again. Terrible staff and service
Learning experience, stick to Urbana and Park Social, I have never had issues with those two dispensaries. Make sure you check your bag at Eco before you leave. Picked up 3 products on my lunch break, when I got off not only did I notice that the guy grabbed the wrong flavor/strain, but the seal was already broken. I returned after work to try and exchange for the right flavor and dude refused to compromise at all. He said he didn’t think he gave it to me with the seal broken. I was mad cool about it and didn’t turn up. I wish I wouldn’t have tipped them when I made my initial purchase, but I tipped off of good faith. It’s all good they got some quick change out of me.
This dispensary was clean and had a wide selection of products. The staffs were friendly and helped when we had some questions. Had to pay with cash (there is an ATM inside) but gave us each a pre-roll for free.
A dispensary that just has everything right! 👌Store design is modern, clean and sleek, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Specially, Jordan he makes you feel like you are talking to an old friend, and also gives you plenty of space to look around at your own pace. We’re looking for pre rolled and he just nailed it with he’s recommendation, the quality is exceptionally good 😌, wish it was a little cheaper but it was worth it.
