I was walking out and noticed I had the wrong item. I had turned around before the door closed. They told me I could not exchange the product. Their answer was to sell me something else. I will never set foot in that store or chain again. I received a call and we worked things out. I was very happy with the management teams response. I easily found a place with a better selection and better pricing.
Took way too long to get verification to open my new account. I ended up after many failed attempts due to signage , going to my bank to withdraw funds. The delivery was a great experience. Now, I'll wait awhile to appraise the effects!!

their delivery service is a hot mess. unless you have 4+ hours to spend waiting for delivery, just skip it. also, their supervisor ben/benjamin is the worst at customer service- despite me having a lengthy phone call with HIS BOSS. its just sad honestly lol.
Great spot to pick up your goods. The staff is extremely helpful. The open floor is an amazing concept. I love being able to look at what I'm buying before I buy. Keep up the great work Sparc crew.
