Eagle Eye - Napa
About Eagle Eye - Napa
On Oak Street near downtown, Eagle Eye - Napa is one of the easier-to-find cannabis stores in town, open 8 AM to 8 PM every day of the week. The shop holds a 4.4 rating across 176 reviews, which means the in-store experience can be uneven from visit to visit. Vicky gets specific praise from regulars for warm, knowledgeable service that genuinely brings customers back. At the same time, multiple other reviewers flag rushed transactions and inconsistent counter manners, especially at peak afternoon times. Pricing on individual items is straightforward enough, though one reviewer described a strict no-touch policy that ended in paying for an accidentally dropped item. So: this is a workable Napa cannabis stop with longer daily hours than most options in town, but the service depends on who's working that shift. If you click with the right budtender, you'll come back. If not, Napa has alternatives within a short drive across town.

Customer Reviews
The Filipino dude who works the counter in the back is extremely rude. Forced me to pay for an 8 dollar item that I accidentally dropped. Never greeted us when we walked in or asked us if we needed help until we were in his face. Please do better at customer service because this dispensary lacks so much of it and its so obvious. I didnt appreciate the way I was treated, and on top of that. He used my first time discount to discount an accidental broken item that was only 15 dollars regularly, he didnt ask. Just decided to take it upon himself and I guess thought that was the best thing to do. I worked at Cookies down the street and not once have we done that unless its an item over a certain price point. To the rude bud tender, I hope u get that 8 dollar raise that u obviously so desperately need. Never coming back
Vicky is such a sweetheart, love when she helps me. Very knowledgeable and outgoing, great energy, she's the reason I keep coming back ..great people make a difference
Three times now, I’ve been in, and have been rushed, and treated rudely. What’s interesting is I always leave a decent tip, and I’m always friendly, and respectful, but I’m convinced since my first extremely rude woman who use to work at the Vallejo 420 Holistic Dispensary, and I was a great customer as I have been here at Eagle Eye. I went in tonight and the woman working rushed me, and kept being rude also. I have never ever been treated crappy like this at any other dispensary. As a matter of fact, the one I’m going to now, has had the same complaints about Eagle Eye. Some of the people there have always been kind and helpful, I have no idea what got into their customer service skills. Also, I went in tonight and the woman who helped me, knew exactly what I wanted which was a Indica Cartridge and I spent 10.00 more than I usually do because she was out of indica in the lower priced carts. She gave me a SATIVA, knowing I had to have a Indica for sleep. Maybe when Management changed, customer service went downhill terribly. Almost all of them use to be professional and kind, but two bad experiences almost back to back, which indicates to me, that the woman who first rushed me must have told this Girl/Boy that helped me today, because she was very rude. Thank you to the people who were kind here to me, and genuinely helpful. I will not be coming back. They will be losing a good customer who probably dropped 4,000.00 a year or more here. Perfect rudeness to end the Halloween night.
I’ve gone to them all in Napa but this place is THE best overall for Price in this town. I do all my ratings based on Price, Product, Vibe and Staff. Their high scores in order, coincidentally, are Price, Product, Staff, and Vibe. Price is key here because they only take cash which affords them to offer better deals. Not saying that they are committing tax fraud, just reminding you that cash is king. They also have a decent amount of products, especially some select local stuff which I love!! Their vibe is more of a dilapidated college dorm room, which probably creates some nostalgic vibes in some and a homey vibe in the others. They could do better at staff and their vibes and their knowledge of products. But maybe the five or six times I’ve gone I’ve had the wrong folks. I did have one girl who was kind of annoyed at me for asking something at first but then she lit up when I asked her what she likes and her reviews of different flowers.
Please check the date when you purchase anything. I bought 1/8 and got a promo for another. I bought with cash so I did not have a receipt, otherwise I would have attempted to return. The promotional strain and the one I bought were both over a year old, were completely dry, harsh, and just sucked. Be aware that top shelf promotionals from this dispo are terrible quality.
