Stephani was freaking amazing !!! Super helpful / very knowledgeable. I had a bad experience with the brand quality before but Stephani helped assured me quality has change and then after being cool and we went shopping and I couldn’t believe the prices compared to other places. I’m coming back only to have a cool rep like her who loves her job, I’ll be back to get more in a few days 🤣
Stephani V is one of may great people at this site. she was ultra helpful, pleasant, annd possessed excellent knowledge of the product, prices and sales. Got me what I was looking for at a price that was extremely reasonable. 11/10
I’ve been to a lot of locations but this one is my favorite hands down. No matter which of the staff help me they are always positive, attentive, and give the best recommendations! This time Stephani helped me out and she gave me a run down of new products and sales going on, which of course I took advantage of both! Thank you to everyone at this location!
Bought a defective pod, had Covid so I couldn’t come in myself. Manager’s solution? “Dig it out of the trash” and “don’t call back.” Wow, amazing customer service — nothing says “we value our customers” like refusing to fix your own faulty product. 🙄
Stiiizy always has amazing staff, and this time was no exception. Emma was an amazing Budtender to have, she helped me out with a different suggestion when they ran out of stock on the sluggers mini blunts, and picked an amazing alternative. With her knowledge and very personable interactions, it was another great experience at Stiiizy!
