This was my first time at Off the Charts and let me just say, from start to finish, my experience here was truly amazing! Connor was a great help and ensured I was taken care of with the best product and price I could get to meet my needs. Definitely will be back and Connor is a go to for all of your needs!
This is a shop you go to for a good deal, but don’t expect good service. The guy at the front desk played some game on his phone for a solid minute while I stood there holding my ID during check in. Seemed bothered I made him do work. The lobby is pretty small, so I’d avoid busy times of the day. The budtenders just stand around chitchatting while you browse. I went in for a GMO cart they had on their “live menu,” but surprise surprise, they didn’t have it. Only reason they get 2 starts is because I got a pretty good deal on a live resin cart that actually tastes like LR.
