The staff show the best customer service every time I walk in. The greetings are genuine and the counter is handled very efficiently. Seeing the open layout and ample selection when you go to make your choices is very pleasant and makes me feel relaxed. The tenders have all offered great selections when asked and the product has not been disappointing. I recently moved from out of state and I wasn't sure what would be available here and I am very happy. There was one time I got 1 joint in what was supposed to be a 2 joint pack but I still give 5 stars cause the employees rock and I'll be there regularly 🪷
Alyssa is hands down one of the best budtenders I’ve ever had! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Her recommendations are always on point, and she makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and knows her products inside and out. Definitely ask for Alyssa next time you’re in, she’ll take great care of you!
First time I go to the grand location and the experience there was great staff was friendly. I did a preorder and received the wrong set of concentrate. I ordered one sativa and one indica but received two indicas.
