Trulieve Chandler Dispensary

Budtender at express said the cheapest 1g disposable was the one selected at 36 pre-tax during my online express pickup, so naturally I understood and said I'll pass, no problem right? Did my research just now and saw a 1g disposable 21 pre-tax which I would've purchased, just seems you either dont care or just say the more expensive one is the cheapest because you're looking to meet sale metrics, I tipped 7 dollars still, no thank you was given, no remote awareness at all of anything except move people in and out. As a person who's worked in Cannabis retail, manufacturing, as well as leadership, this was highly disappointing and possibly the least engaged I have felt with anyone behind the counter, this will be the last time Trulieve or Harvest chandler will ever get.

There's a bud tender by the name of Charles and he is amazing. He's attentive, polite, and professional. As a matter of fact, his professionalism is so top tier that I automatically assumed he was THEE boss. If he's not in charge, then he needs to be! I've never had a bad experience with any of the bud tenders at this location. Usually spend about 5 minutes total in the store because I pre-order. Definitely the way to go because this location is super busy during the evenings.

Scammed out of $100 and being trying for months to get some sort of compensation but the general manager Martin strung me along for months, ive been waiting for his supervisor to call me but no response. No surprise there. Whomever owns this establishment should be aware of the conduct in this store, the incompetence is beyond my comprehension. I was very polite and compliant for too long. This is ridiculous and I'm frustrated with the lack of accountability as well. The mesa location wouldn't help me either. So be prepared to to deal with what I have if you want to use this location, which I highly wouldn't recommend!! Still no response from anyone, complete nonsense. This is all fake concerns... just like the general manager, still havent heard from his supervisor either. They still owe me $100 and still NOTHING! This is proof how much they care! This has been going on for 3 or 4 months, no help whatsoever, all lies! If they are having a hard time getting a hold of their general manager, then maybe he shouldn't be working there either! Everyone is unable to follow through with anything. This is completely inexcusable. I even gave them my phone number and they cant reach out to me on phone or email.. No excuses now

Joke of an experience at the Chandler Trulieve today. I placed an online order for 8 grams of live rosin (2 Grow Sciences Piatellas, 2 Grow Sciences Cold Cured Live Rosin, and 4 Abundant Organics Live Rosin.) The order was accepted right away and marked ready for pickup, so I drove 45 minutes to get there — only to find out 2 of my items weren’t actually available. No one called to let me know or offer replacements, which usually happens. The budtender didn’t even notice they were missing until I pointed out he was ringing up 6 items, not 8, and of course the ones missing were the Piatellas.. the main thing I went for. I swapped them out for more GS Cold cure, paid, and left. On the way home I decided to double-check the bag, and found out they gave me 2 cured rosins instead of live for the Abundant. (The packaging difference is obvious — live rosin comes in a black box, cured in white.) So I had to turn around and go all the way back. When I got there, the manager exchanged them but told me I owed about $7 more. After all that hassle, I thought they might at least comp the difference, but nope. I paid with a 10$ bill and she even forgot to give me my change until I reminded her. Overall, the whole experience was just a mess — poor communication, no attention to detail, and a lot of wasted time. Definitely makes me think twice about going back to this location.

First time to this dispensary. Peyton was our tender today, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, answered all my questions and made a return customer out of me! All of the staff were friendly and very welcoming environment. They also offer many different deals for different products. Like I said I will definitely br returning to this location. Thank you to all of the staff there at Trulieve Chandler Dispensary!
