Super rude service I can’t believe I even purchased anything
Sterling store is awesome!!! I'm visiting from Anchorage and stopped here. Great merch. And props to your worker James. He was extremely helpful and educated about everything we asked about. Thank you. 😊
Hadn't been to Soldotna inany years. Thought I'd check out a local shop. Couldn't have been happier with the service, selectíon, or prices. Looks like I found Soldotnas best little bud shop
Goods are not as fresh as everyone else..regular smokers nightmare shop. Have had over 2 year old prerolls out of that shop. Inventory management has not been taught to the owner and it shows.
The lady behind the counter friday 6/16 evening was not friendly, AT ALL. Was short and crass the entire time I was in the store. When I made my order she ignorantly started telling me how I probably couldn’t get what I wanted because there is a THC limit on the computer (I was buying infused prerolls, what I selected was less thc than the multi-packs that you sell in store). I won’t be back, there are dispensaries everywhere, you’re not going to rude to me or make ignorant assumptions to or about me or my purchase. Do better & take some basic customer services classes.
