Highnorth Dispensary - Hudson
About Highnorth Dispensary - Hudson
Operating from 502 2nd St in scenic downtown Hudson, Wisconsin, this cannabis store sits just off I-94 within easy reach of the Twin Cities metro. Wisconsin has not legalized recreational or comprehensive medical cannabis, so retailers like this one focus on federally compliant hemp-derived products under the 2018 Farm Bill — no state card is needed to shop. Reviewers consistently note a friendly staff, a reasonable selection, and competitive pricing that makes the trip across the St. Croix worthwhile for Minnesota visitors. The shop holds a 4.6 average across 65 reviews, with most customers highlighting the easy downtown location and welcoming team. A handful of recent reviews mention service inconsistencies and product quality variation, so it pays to ask staff about freshness and return policies on vape hardware before leaving. Hours run 10am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday, making it convenient for a weekend stop. The Hudson location benefits from the city's walkable historic district, so pair your visit with riverfront dining or a stroll along the St. Croix waterfront. Bring valid ID; adult-use rules require 21-plus age verification at the door regardless of product type.

Customer Reviews
Now edited from five to two stars due to a purchase at 1:10 pm on Sunday, March 8, 2026. We had a faulty vape. We understand this happens and have had to bring them back to switch out when proven. Today we had that issue. Two female presenting individuals were working. Already, there was some attitude when I was asking about gummies, so I declined to buy any, and bought my usual vape. I tested it after purchase, and saw all the signs of a defective vape. When we brought it back in right after purchasing, they kept telling us how to do it, like we don't know what's going on. They refused this time saying people return them and they work just fine. When the vape won't light properly when charging and the light itself during use keeps shutting off, we know it's a defective heater. We've been coached by a nice guy who sometimes works there. They have absolutely lost loyal customers now because of today. I use these products for pain and relaxation. I won't deal with more stress to get what I need. Good luck. We'll go back to CBD Hudson. We should have never stopped.
First time in a dispensary with flower so I had a lot of questions and they were very nice and patient about it. Great service!
Friendly staff, good selection and prices, near to St. Paul and Minneapolis via I 94 eastbound, easy to find in scenic downtown Hudson
I've purchased online, in store, and did buy online pick up in store. I've always received great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the products are great.
So I've been buying from high north for precisely a year this weekend, and I have to say its nothing great, i only do it as a last resort now, I've been smoking weed everyday for over 20 years and i don't catch a buzz, sorry the last thing I bought was a gram of live resin idc how high my tolerance is, if I do a 93% dab as a wake in bake in the morning I should feel something, I DONT. The rewards program is a joke was told multiple times I couldn't get the exact reward or it wasn't valid at this location, last I was told to use them up so hopefully they re working or getting rid of it altogether, They are expensive... you can get most thca for way cheaper online and just as good of quality, I think if people knew they can have thca flower shipped to their mailbox in WI now this place would struggle more. The ID checks weren't a thing until recently and slightly upsetting cause like I said going here for a year but im not recognized as a loyal customer, if I go to my local gas station to get smokes I don't get id cause the cashier knows me, It should be the same way here. Lastly the customer service is OK they friendly enough but dont do anything to go above and beyond not that there is much they can do, they usually just playing on there phones like most of society. Do yourself a favor if u live in wi order online and save yourself hundreds of dollars. On a final note their pineapple express seems to be the only bud that actually works and tastes like the kind, and when they run the promotional bud half oz flight for 95 dollars thats legit 👌 if they had more deals like that it would be justifiable
