I'm new to medical thc field. The staff at new leaf at the highlands is very informative and educated in this field and very friendly. I highly recommend going there. Especially at the highlands. Huge customer service and friendly! I can truly appreciate these guys up there.

Located right off of the interstate, this place is really easy to get in and out of without hassle. Every time I have picked up an order I placed online, service was quick and painless. All product has been great! Staff have all been willing to listen and give suggestions based on what I am looking for!

With the Highlands—the main shopping area—on the opposite side, it’s clear foot traffic is an issue here. Unlike other dispensaries, they don’t have their own grow, which means deals aren’t as competitive compared to nearby shops. The overall vibe seemed more money-driven than patient-focused, especially when compared to other medical dispensaries I’ve visited. Ownership feels detached, and that lack of connection shows in the experience. Hopefully, they make some changes, because right now the location and business model don’t seem to successful. Update in a few months guys.

I’ve been coming to NewLeaf since they opened, and honestly, at first it wasn’t my go-to. The vibe felt a little off and the recommendations didn’t always match what I needed. On my last visit though, it was a total turnaround. The staff were welcoming, really listened, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Whether it’s new management, people, or just a fresh approach… whatever changed, it’s a big improvement. Excited to keep coming back.
