The Landing Dispensary

I’ve been coming here since they first opened and I genuinely used to enjoy it. But over the last year this place has fallen apart and I don’t even recognize it anymore. The product quality is a joke at this point and the price is insane. Their Hillfire flower is consistently dry and completely flavorless. It tastes like it’s been sitting in a warehouse for six months. There are 5 other dispensaries in this town and they all sell Hillfire cheaper than The Landing. The staff cuts have been brutal to watch. They’ve slashed their team in half and you can feel it the second you walk in. There’s no receptionist anymore, so you just… stand there. In the lobby. Alone. Waiting for someone to eventually notice you exist and come out from the back. It’s awkward and unprofessional and honestly kind of demoralizing for what is supposed to be a welcoming healthcare environment. They also keep cutting their hours of operation. This company is struggling and it shows in every single aspect of the experience. It’s worth mentioning that Firelands Scientific out of Huron, Ohio owns this operation, which from my understanding puts them in direct violation of West Virginia code requiring dispensary owners to be WV residents. There are 5 other dispensaries in the area, stop supporting out-of-state companies who drain our resources and give nothing back!

This is my favorite dispensary in town. The people here are seriously so pleasant to deal with and they are so eager to help. It’s refreshing to go into an establishment and not have the employees treat you like crap because they hate their job.

My favorite dispensary by far. Always have the product I need in stock. Their business hours are perfect for people whom work after 5. And hands down to the best employees ever, always so kind and helpful/knowledgable with all the products available.

I’m a new patient and have made two trips to The Landing in Parkersburg since I received my card. I have been blown away by house nice and knowledgeable the staff are. I’ve never felt so well taken care of by a business like I have by the staff at The Landing. I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely love this dispensary above all the ones I have been to. All of the staff is very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They have the best prices in the Parkersburg area by far!!! And the discounts and member appreciation promos are amazing. And they have even done events to raise items for the local animal shelter. 100% recommend!
