Best dispensary in the MORGANTOWN FAIRMONT CLARKSBURG area Hands down !!! The staff is phenomenal !!! Great people with a welcoming energy everytime !! The managers Kyle ! Vinny ! Always go above and beyond !!! I don’t shop anywhere but here !!! Unless it’s based on convenience at that very moment !!!

Listen..this is my shop I would rather not go anywhere else. I am happy going in im happy going out they always greet me like a family member they know my name what I like and if im having a bad day they make sure I leave with a smile. EACH one of these guys and gals are a perfect puzzle with no missing pieces I LOVE THIS LOCATION I LOVE THESE PEOPLE..Thank you for doing what you all do

The associate that tended me tried to tell me that the new patient discount ONLY counted once for ALL stores and for each individual store of the chain. Now I know this is NOT TRUE!! My patient card number is 000396, I was there for the VERY FIRST DAY the dispensaries opened in WV and it just so happened to b Truelieve in Motown (the other store) and I frequented it several times a week. And I SPECIFICALLY REMEMBERED when they opened THIS STORE! Because the other store kept telling me to check out the new store they opened and to make sure I get the 50% off for new customers! JS! IDK if that has changed over the years, this fellow said that it is ONLY for a new customer to ALL the stores! So that would mean if I go to the Huntington or Charleston stores, I don't get that same new customer discount? Parkersburg and Weston gave it to me!?! And honestly, I felt very rushed. When I asked about the terpenes in some of the strands he said that it prolly has the 3 top terps in 90% of all the weed grown in WV beta caryophyllene, limonene and humulene! I prefer a strand that helps with anxiety and has many different terms for a wide range of treatments!! I WILL NOT BE HOING BACK TO THIS STORE!!! And I hope that visits to other Truelieve stores will not have the same experience, or I WILL NOT be going to them either. And I talk a LOT on a daily to a LOT of people, word of mouth spreads like WILD FIRE in WV! JS Hope that gentleman treats other patients better! I came in for consult not to feel lied to, passified and rushed out the door!

This is the best dispensary in Morgantown, period! The staff is always very polite and professional! They have the best prices, the best quality and the best specials hands-down. Oh, BTW, did I mention the points reward system?

Today was my first experience in a medical dispensary and was assisting a family member who had also never been in a medical dispensary. I was beyond impressed with the environment of not only the facility itself but more importantly the staff.. their professionalism , knowledge and helpfulness couldn’t have been greater in my opinion! Our “escort “ if I’m correct with that term- was kahja probably mispronouncing it and if so I’m so sorry! Was so knowledgeable about the products and uses for not just the family member that is the patient but also with me just as a visitor and didn’t have to take the time to explain what she did and was so patient with both of us to make sure we knew exactly not just what we asked but explained it until even I still cannot believe how much information I received ( and understand now). I must say every employee there today was so professional and helpful with not only the patients and visitors but one another. I will not only recommend but encourage anyone in need of their services to contact them! Awesome job! Thank you again!
