Never wanna answer the phone hours will say they are open but when you get there they are closed the website is funky to use and I’ve tried calling multiple times to ask questions but no one will ever answer the phone canabist is way better and will actually answer the phone to help you

Gotta be honest getting real tired of trying to call with the super occasional question and having no one pick up, and only working from 10 to 1 pm when theirs barley any snow on the ground at all tends to get in the way when its the only dispo aside from cannabist that has okay deals 😤 just wish they'd be way more open abt their hours online instead of having to research my way to find out, and calling when they are "open" supposedly, and not getting an awnser gets a bit old 🤦🏻‍♂️ id happily change this review to a 5 if their was just a bit more openness about the hours and some more consistency on these calls, just seems ridiculous I have to guess if theyre open or not everytime I head out. Its like everytime theirs finally a really good deal its like their hours go wonky and consistency gets thrown out the window 🤦🏻‍♂️

Trulieve staff, Amanda, Morgan and Bob are wonderful! They’re professionals who are knowledgeable, courteous and kind😌Each time I visit it is the most satisfying experience. I’m an OG NY Transplant Sophisticated Smoker and the Ladies and Bob always take the time to advise me on the latest products and the sales; their recommendations and their sincerity is so appreciated.The products are high grade, high quality and again, the staff are superb! They are having a sale for Xmas, so I placed an online order. Went to the store twice. Never got waited on. Went 1st time, another customer waiting, no one waited on us. I left, went somewhere else, then returned. Same customer still waiting. We waited again. He said 2 clerks were stocking, but only 1 waiting on customers. We waited again. Never got waited on. Never picked up my preorder. Now go thru Xmas without. Luckily, Cannabist is just right down the street. I usually have good luck here, but not today.

Hands down the absolute best dispensary in the state ! Dare I even say country !!! I’ve shoooed recreational as well while on vacation in Colorado and I must say this dispensary is hands down the best !!! The staff Amanda and Morgan and Bob are all impressive within their knowledge and skill set ! Always clear and concise . They always make sure I am aware of the affects even the terps on my purchases. I literally drive and hour away from my home to this dispensary because of how well this staff has taken care of me and my needs individually! They make the experience so much better in that you don’t feel like u just spent a couple hundred even thoe you did! That’s the difference in a sales man and hustler ! U don’t regret purchasing from a salesman! A hustler makes you feel like you got took !
