I always enjoy coming to the WW Cannabis Co. for the service and their quality pesticide-free products. I’ve been helped several times by a budtender named Finnegan who is always helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dispensary.

The employees are blessed and helpful. Great service. And a side note - I walked in 90 degree direct sun for 30 min and my bloodsugar dropped on the way there, The employee helped elevate my sugar levels with kool-aid and a a small amount of food... I will be forever greatful. Thank you!!

Update 9/30/23: I did reach out to the Mr. Moxeys Manufacturer at the time I left this initial review. There is no option of leaving a review for that particular company online. Their response was "The new format was meant to be distributed with updated tamperstrips that offer opening instructions but some were utilized prior to the full swap." Intentions seem irrelevant without proper execution. The company does not appear motivated to remedy the issue I made them aware of. Just a placating email without the follow up they offered to me. For this reason, I am changing the star rating because I do not believe the store has much control over the products they sell due to applicable laws. Normally have a good interaction with this store, but my last two visits have not been great. Today bought the Mr. Moxey Mints I use to control pain. The manufacturer changed the exterior tin box, how it can be opened and removed the specially sealed pouch inside, that held the product. Instead the mints are in a wasteful plastic cup with nothing securing them inside. No visual packaging changes can be seen on the exterior. No warning or disclaimer on the packaging or even mention from the staff. I could not get it open. Tried another box, couldn't get it open. I had to use a screwdriver to open the box and when I did, the entire contents landed on the floor mats in my vehicle (I was in my driveway getting ready to walk inside my home). If anyone struggles to open this tin or opens it anyway other than completely level and gently, the contents fall out. All the money I spent on pain relief is now contaminated and inedible. When I called the store immedistely about this and requested a replacement, I was told laws and regulations prevented this. The guy told me he talked to his manager and could only offer to take my name to "try and offer some sort of discount next time you come in", if I happen to go in when a manager is there. I have never seen a manager work evening happy hour when everything is 30% off. Telling me regulations prevent them from replacing the product as an act of service recovery, but the manager might be able to give me a discount during his working hours appears contradictory. Furthermore, I do not have money to throw away because a product has changed its packaging. See I have terminal cancer and on a fixed income. The money I alloted for this non-insured pain management was used up buying this product today. Fixed income means budget is fixed. Period. No flexible cash, especially in the economy, to cover a manufacturer's unadvertised change. This packaging dysfunction costs me pain control. And the fact that I couldn't get a replacement, but offered potential discount next time, does not solve the issue. Barely considered service recovery. I believe the manufacturer should have something on the packaging warning users of the change and at least convey that to retail stores so they can help inform the customer/patient of the change and how to properly open it. I am extremely frustrated by this issue today. This brand is extremely popular locally and I can't be the only person to encounter this issue. So my review goal is to let others know of this change, especially my fellow cancer sufferers. It's also to let the company know this is a change that your staff should make patrons and patients aware of and you have to press the container in two specific spots to successfully open it, while keeping it level. And if you suffer from any hand issues, tremors or arthritis, good luck getting this box open at all! Namaste
