Staff was super friendly, very fast, Rich held the door for me when I got there... the only complaint I have is the smell.... 🤢 Which I know, lol. That's why I didn't take any stars for it😋😘 Oh...and the order ahead then pick up is AHmazing.....

I have been a loyal regular here, making purchases every single Friday without fail. In the past, I was always able to use my boyfriend's phone number to store the loyalty points, which worked perfectly since I don't use the points myself. Unfortunately, the new policy no longer allows this flexibility. I do not want, nor do I feel comfortable, giving out my personal phone number just to sign up for a system I won't use. I value my privacy, and forcing me to choose between giving up my data or letting the points go to waste is a dealbreaker. It is disappointing that a simple policy change has pushed away a weekly customer.
Always a great experience. Commencement Bay has a staff that will help you find what fits your specific needs. Plus the stock great growers and tons of pesticide free products. Im stuck on that Momma Chan Farms 'Hallie Berry', some of the prettiest flower I've ever seen. Great staff and I like my $ going to the Tribe.
