My wife needed something for her Chemotherapy, outstanding people here.
This WAS the go to store, until today when the guy working put on his best tough guy routine and told me "if you are going to act like a little child you can leave the store". You have a 50 percent off case, you also have blue stickers that according to your sticker guide ALSO indicate something is 50 percent off. So when I saw a product with a 70 dollar label I thought 35 bucks, good deal. And that's why I was frequenting this store, mostly the good deals in that case. Well apparently it was mislabeled and rather than say hey, that's our fault but the deal says what the deal says I instead get attitude and called a child? I guess customers are supposed to apologize for being right? What I said that led to this unwashed customer service guru calling me names was to advise him that if that's a mistake then they should probably fix it so the next person doesn't have the same comments or questions, ya know business 101. Well apparently that was too much sense for Einstein here and he resorted IMMEDIATELY to escalating straight to having me leave. Well I left on my own and I won't be back. Neither will the other 4 people in my home that uses to be regular customers...and I do mean regular. Tough guy down there with tattoo's on his neck is just looking for a reason to tell you to leave rather than do any sort of customer service. The only childish behavior was from the little boy pretending to be a man behind the counter. An immediate escalation and NO attempt to solve the problem? Yep, winners like that helping customers won't help your customer base. I am sure you have plenty of cameras in there, by all means have a listen to the way your rock star customer service rep handles things up there, top notch stuff.
