About Nirvana Cannabis Tri Cities

Out on Arena Rd in Richland, Nirvana Cannabis Tri Cities has logged 1,663 reviews and a 4.1-star average. The shop runs 8 AM to 11:45 PM Monday through Saturday and closes slightly earlier at 11 PM on Sunday. Reviews skew mixed. Customers consistently praise selection and quality, calling the inventory superior to many regional competitors. But pricing comes up as a sticking point, and some shoppers report communication breakdowns with staff over specific products. The store is large, the menu is broad, and the late hours make it a useful option for Tri-Cities residents looking after work. If you value range over the lowest price in the valley, this works. If you are hunting bargain-bin deals, the staff themselves note that competition could push pricing down. Best approach: check the online menu first, then come in with a target product in mind. Recreational, 21 and over.

Customers mention:
  • Strong product selection
  • Late-night closing time
  • Quality over deep discounts
  • Broad inventory across formats

Loved this place but their selection of the/cabs went downhill. The wild side max is really awful tasting and not a 1:1. Really miss the phat panda huckleberry. Weird how this establishment has no say in what products they carry. When I ask the staff day they just accept what products are given to them, and also have no idea what product is coming and when.

While their pricing may exceed that of other cannabis dispensaries, from my experience. They consistently offer a superior selection and exceptional quality. Increased market competition could potentially influence their pricing structure. Staff demonstrates efficiency and expertise, though their level of amiability may not consistently meet customer expectations. A little too serious for working in such a "chill" environment; in my opinion. I'm from N Seattle area and cannabis is much more affordable & I never thought I'd say this but friendlier too♡ I only come here when I'm in a hurry or don't want to drive to pasco. Where they are friendlier and affordability means something. Namasté

Believe all the one star reviews. Visited nirvana tonight for the first time after placing a mobile order since reviews say the staff is rushed and not very helpful. Walked up to the door which is covered in “come on in” signs so I walked in. Security guard didn’t say much and I kind of just assumed I’m supposed to hand him my ID and med card. He walks away with them and hands them off to the cashier, then proceeds to tell me that he usually has people wait outside, but tonight is cold so stand here. I tell him I’ve never been here before. I stand where he said. I waited a minute and the cashier with my cards tells me that since I don’t have a medical account with this dispensary (I think this was the case, didn’t get much explanation) I need to wait outside. I go out and stand in 40 degrees at 10pm for about 5 minutes. Other customers are asking me questions upon walking in and some even assumed they had to stand behind me. I didn’t see any signs on the door informing customers that we may have to stand outside without our IDs. Then once I am welcome back inside everything goes normal. Everything was correct in my order but I left embarrassed and confused. Nobody explained to me why I have to wait outside when I am 21 just like everyone else walking in. Why not give me the option to just shop recreationally if medical patients have to jump through hoops? I’ve been to many dispensaries across the state, even before I was of age with my med card and none of them acted like this. Crazy first impression. And DOH discounts at nirvana are worse than other shops. And tiny tight building. $3 for a bic lighter. Won’t be back!

Raved and raved about Tropicana cookies, no rush, no line behind me. Placed my order very methodically. Was told there was no Tropicana cookies. Found pre rolls by torus of Tropicana cookies with MY OWN EYES. Requested 5 of those as she said she had a bunch??? Weird she then puts 3 pinalada, and 2 cherry torus in my bag. I leave the store come back not even 2 minutes later to be told they don’t do returns? Absolute garbage service lol. Seals not cracked shouldn’t matter. So I had to buy what I originally ordered in the first place. What a joke

This is one of my favorite places to shop for cannabis. The product quality is excellent, Firebros is my go-to vape, and the pre-roll selection never disappoints. On top of that, the customer service is always friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend this shop to new and returning customers alike.
