Customer Reviews
Stopped in for the first time today and I have never been so impressed with how much knowledge these individuals have, and I am a long time cannabis user who has been to lots of shops. Kadi (I hope that I spelled this right) was so educational and she patiently answered every question that I had, and the store and product was top notch. I recommend The Green Seed to anyone who needs real help in the market. My past experience with every other store in town was a buy and go with limited knowledge. I definitely recommend that anyone who needs real knowledge and great deals to come here.
Wonderful experience today at the Green Seed… as usual! Amy and Kadi are an absolute delight and so incredibly knowledgeable in their business!! Couldn’t be happier!
⭐️ 1/5 – Deeply Uncomfortable, Overpriced, and Not Worth It go read all the one star reviews before you convince yourself this place is good. Just know that they give people discounts for five star reviews. ALSO GO READ THE EDIT AT THE BOTTOM FOR MY REPLY Incredibly uncomfortable experience from the moment I pulled up. Before I was even allowed inside, they had me stopped outside, checking my ID and making me stare into a camera. On top of that, they told me I needed to remove all pocket knives, vapes, and anything else from my pockets besides my wallet and keys, like they were about to search me. It felt nothing like walking into a normal business and everything like being processed. Once you finally get in, they rush you to either go straight to the ATM or head over to where the marijuana is, then they just walk away and leave you standing there. There’s no actual welcome, no real help – just pressure to move and spend. When you look at the shelves, nothing feels fairly priced. There are no decent deals, no real specials, and everything is incredibly overpriced for what it is. The quality does not match the price tags at all. By the time I got up to the budtender, it somehow got even worse. They were one of the least knowledgeable budtenders I’ve dealt with – no real product knowledge, no helpful suggestions – and I was still told they didn’t have a single thing I was looking for. After all that awkwardness and hassle, I walked out with nothing. Instead of dealing with all that, just go five minutes down the road to Green Roads. I went there right after being disappointed by The Green Seed, and they helped me find exactly what I needed incredibly fast, had it at a good price, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable before I even walked in the building. They also had plenty of deals and options, which makes it easy for people coming from out of town to actually find what they’re looking for without getting ripped off. Overall, The Green Seed was a waste of time: uncomfortable, overpriced, unhelpful staff, and not somewhere I’ll ever go back to. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER Your response actually proves a lot of the concerns I had in my original review. Instead of taking feedback, you tried to turn it around on me and imply I’m just “advertising” for another shop. I mentioned Green Roads because it was a direct comparison from the same day, not because anyone paid me or asked me to. That’s what honest reviews do — they compare experiences. You also claimed that “no one has walked out of here not buying anything this month, last month or the month before.” That is simply not true. I personally walked in, went to your ATM to pull cash, spoke with a budtender, was told you didn’t have anything I was looking for, and then walked out without buying a single thing because of the uncomfortable atmosphere and lack of options. I am, by definition, at least one person in the last few months who walked out without buying anything, so your statement is false. On top of that, you asked why I wouldn’t just go to the shop “one minute up the road” if I was looking for deals and claimed they “offer everything that Green Roads does but for literally half the price.” That’s on you, not me. As a customer, I’m not obligated to know your preferred competitor or your pricing comparisons. I went where I felt welcomed, got actual help, and found fair prices and good deals without being treated like I was being processed instead of being served. Nothing in your reply addresses the core issues I described: – The invasive, security-heavy entry process that feels more like being processed than welcomed. – The rushed, transactional vibe once you get inside with no real greeting or guidance. – Overpriced products with no meaningful deals or specials. – A budtender who couldn’t offer a single helpful alternative or suggestion. Dismissing my experience and making factually untrue claims about your customers doesn’t inspire confidence. My review stands, and your response only confirms that this isn’t a place I’ll be returning to or recommending.
Great selections, awesome deals, affordable prices. The budtenders are amazing, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Everyone that works here is kind and helpful.
I've been a fan of Green Seed in Moses Lake for a while now. The location is super convenient, right off the business loop on I-90, making it an easy stop whether you're a local or just passing through. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a friendly atmosphere, and the staff always makes me feel welcome. Amy, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about all things cannabis, and her passion really shines through. She's always willing to take the time to help me find exactly what I need, whether I'm looking for something specific or just exploring new options. The selection here is top-notch, with a great variety of products, and the quality never disappoints. What I appreciate most is the personal touch and genuine care they put into their service. It's clear they value their customers, and that makes a big difference to me. Plus, the prices are competitive, and they often have deals that make it even better. If you're in Moses Lake and need a reliable, friendly dispensary, Green Seed is definitely worth checking out.
