Im in this dispensary on a weekly basis specifically for the in house made carts. I went in today to pick one up and no one was standing near or at the door as usual so I walked to the atm and went to pull out cash when from behind me the door guy demanded I come back and let him scan my ID and so I walked back to him apologized and handed him my id to which he then decided to remind me again that I shouldn’t have done that and I need to make sure I am always having them check my id first and I told him “no one was standing near the door so I was just pulling cash.” And he continued to get rude and tell me that “it does not matter I need to always do that first.” While laughing and acting very condescending during the entire conversation. I told him there was no reason for the attitude but he just continued to cut me off and continue to try instigate a argument between us and even told him to stop talking to me and I was then told I would be kicked out. I understand I need to have my ID checked the problem I have is that it was absolutely not okay for him to be so disrespectful and zero customer service simply because he wasn’t doing his job.

I went in to find a tincture for a dog I'm fostering. She's been very stressed out because her human is away for a couple months. Remedy staff gave a few options and described how CBD affects dogs! Very helpful!

I will be honest that I try to not go to this dispo bc of past bad experiences. I went in yesterday 10/12 and had a great experience with Kasey. I hope that’s her spelling, I went in on behalf of my father. They NEVER have gg4 , so I asked on the off chance. Kasey went above and beyond to find some, also happened to be his favorite brand!!!! Kasey also was so kind as I wasn’t planning on finding it so I wasn’t sure if I pulled enough cash out. She was so sweet to tell me all about my points, which no one has EVER done before. Felt so secure and happy to buy with her. Would come back just for her 20/10. Give her a bonus !
