I came in quick for a pre-roll. I was in the building for a total of 2 minutes, with only 1 of those being after a budtender had greeted me. As I was putting cash in their tip jar, I was told "bye, get out faster." Very weird place.

I came in here the other day to get my medical card and one of the lady's that helped was actually really nice but the other lady was very much not. I had my form and my ID ready and one of them kept trying to say shit that didn't make sense. She was trying to say "you're 06 so where's your designated provider?" I told her that I'm 18 and that I don't need one. And then she went on trying to say my form wasn't the right paper even though it was because I went to a different place and I got my medical card. It wouldn't have been a problem but this experience really made it difficult for me to go into another place and I had a panic attack. Just not a great experience if you're trying to get your medical card, just go somewhere else. Definitely will never go back. Edit- it was on the right paper you people just don't know what you are doing. I got my card just fine at another place. I have my card my paper wasn't the issue.

OK, so I had the worst experience here and it honestly left me speechless. I walked in yesterday to buy a new cartridge for my pen and I had noticed the guy kind of looking at me oddly for what I have no reason I am a 29-year-old cute female I don’t think that matters but when I got to the counter, they asked me for my identification. I am here in Washington visiting my sister. I only have my passport on me because that’s what I have been using for the last few weeks. He looked at my passport for about five minutes and then said it was expired I said, sir there is no way I travel in and out of the United States with the passport frequently I know it’s not expired And he said no it is expired. I was so confused and went back to my car. I sat in my car, wondering what he was talking about and I looked at my passport for about five minutes straight then I realized he read it wrong. he read the date that I received my passport, which was in 2022. The passport does not expire until 2035 -so then I went back into the store and showed him then had everybody in the store look at my passport and they said no she’s right it’s not expired so then they asked me what I wanted and after I picked out a cartridge I said OK do you guys accept card and they said debit only I said OK that’s unfortunate. I only have my credit card but I can use Apple Pay. They said no but if you go down to the store And get cash back then you can come back and use cash. I said OK politely and I left. I drove to the store I went and got cash and then I came back when I came back. The guy said hey there’s something really weird. I don’t like about your passport and I’m not gonna help you today. The whole encounter was extremely strange . I couldn’t believe myself. I was speechless. had never had. This type of experience happened to me ever in my whole entire life. Like what in the world am I missing? I was very polite and kind? SO DONT GO HERE THERE ARE OTHER PLACES THAT DESERVE YOUR SERVICE
