Was greeted by a lovely lady with awesome butterfly make up, as someone in the service industry I really notice above and beyond service. THIS GIRL HAD IT! Very fast, very welcoming! Definitely the only place I'm coming for what I need from now on!

This place is awesome and I keep returning because they are up-to-date with product inventory, prices are at industry standards and I'm always welcomed in with a smile 😄. I never hesitate to leave a substantial tip because their employees (shout out Levi and Sebastian) give excellent customer service. It's like they've known me forever. I'm very picky and appreciate their willingness to listen and then help me with what I wanted and needed. Levi, thanks for the goods you helped me pick out last week, they were spot on. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed 😘.

This is the place! I refuse to go anywhere else. The service here is far beyond any other dispensary I’ve ever been to. The budtenders are knowledgeable and trained properly, they’re also friendly and very patient. The prices are really reasonable, I can always find multiple items in my price range. Ben and Inessa have helped me so many times with the upmost respect and care for my needs as a patient. I really feel like family at this establishment!

I understand that stores get busy sometimes.But it doesn't mean that you can rush your guests.When they need help picking out a product. My experience back here after a while was pretty poor and the guy that was helping me was not very helpful whatsoever, they couldn't even make eye contact with me. It just made me feel like I am bothering the associates when they're supposed to be there and be bubbly for all guests coming in the door. It's also funny how they still don't have my phone on their profile. When I have been there multiple times in the past. Not sure why it got deleted. And he didn't even ask if I wanted to start a new account with them.

1/15/26 @ approx 6:25pm there was an incident where a female customer became enraged because she felt that she was waiting too long. The staff was busy helping multiple customers and were doing the best they could but this woman was screaming about how she would tell everyone about her experience. I just want to counter her negativity with the truth that the employees were being helpful and doing their best and they handled that unruly customer with grace and compassion. Good job, guys!
