The customer service and feel of the shop are awesome! My only complaint is the fact when I try to order online almost every time the items I want are out of stock or are a bud tender special. The prices are on the high end for concentrates where at some other shops are half the price. The lack of care for keeping the online menu updated has definitely made me not shop here as often as I could. Hope to see more work put into that aspect of the shop.
Hands down, the best customer service in town! They treat their customers with nothing but respect, and make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. They ask what you’re looking to achieve, and make recommendations based on what YOU want. They listen, and show compassion. They were a key factor in helping me get through chemotherapy. 15/10 would recommend!
I would like to update my review as my experience w the new management/location has been drastically different: The selection is impressive. The staff are patient and knowledgeable. They often have really decent-good deals. I usually can get in and out pretty quick, which is very appreciated. This was my review of my experience as they changed management: Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid going on the weekends, the gal will literally tell you she doesn't care. They also rarely have what their website says, so don't get excited. There is one guy who works during the week w glasses. He is super helful and kind. They should put him in charge.
Isaiah has amazing customer service and is a very outgoing individual. Amy Jo is an amazing manager. Good prices best bud I've seen in a long time when making a delivery. Ever in Kelso you gotta try them out.
