Weird set up for a pot shop. No singular waiting line for help like all other stores. Walked in, waited, no one helped me. 0 Star customer service. I left and went to the other cannabis store down the street and was helped instantly and got what I needed. I'll never return to this store.
Very disappointed in the people working here. It's not really cool to judge a person based on the brand of product a guest purchases. If you'd rather smoke pine needles then have at it. Not everyone has the same preference nor $$ You're very rude to your customers. I feel terrible for that guest. I bet you made their day so much better. I wish there were more dispensaries here.
I appreciate the staff and recommendations. I exclusively buy my cannabis from your 2 locations. My only complaint is that you don't carry our local farm products from Natural mystic farms in ellensburg. When I buy natural mystic I have to go elsewhere and I know other locals would love to have that choice in your stores. Thank you Gail
I’ve been a regular here for a while now and I’ve never had a bad experience!! Every single person who works here is so kind, they really work hard to make every trip a great one. Everyone makes me feel well cared about and I’m always satisfied when I leave. Not only are the vibes immaculate but they have such a wide selection in which they are all knowledgeable about! Best place in E'burg for perfunctory service from inept indifferent cashiers (not even close to bud tenders) who treat customers as though they're entitled to their business. I'm done giving them chances. Life's too hard and too short to try to smooth it out with their brand of assistance
