MIRA and V were amazing!!!! My first time today and will BE BACK!!!! These ladies ROCK!!
They have SUCH a large selection of products, but they do not seem to keep their online inventory 100% up to date. That might be due to having single digit quantities of the item on hand, and it may be easier to keep it off the menu as to potentially avoid confusion. However, some products are not listed entirely, and can be seen in store. I haven't had any issues at this location, nothing but decent customer service and Bitchin' deals.
Love SO many of the regular cashiers their! You guys are always knowledgeable, prepared, and if you don't know, Your not afraid to ask a teammate. I trust your products and the vendors you support! (Pasttime was awesome 👌) Excited to continue being a regular!
I’m leaving my review today because I just had a great experience with Adam as my bedtender. It’s such a treat to get a budtender who not only really knows their stuff but how to talk about it. I’ve been to this location a few times and have always had. - good enough experience to keep coming back. As long as you understand where to stand, and when, this is a great dispensary with great employees.
I usually never write reviews at all but i feel like this one is a must. Ive been going to danks for the past 2 years but this year it seems like you have to give them 1-3 hours to pick your online order. Ive always done online order but this year every time i place an online order when i get to the store it still has not been picked & when i go it is not busy at all. Every time i have to wait 20-25 minutes for what i ordered to be found & every time i get told “it hasnt been organized yet”. Majority of the time im just trying to do a grab & go type of thing but i get stuck waiting. They really need to work on organizing their product as well as working on their customer service. Idk the guys name but he has light colored eyes & like blondish curly hair he prioritizes helping a specific type of female regardless of who’s been waiting first. I called him out for it the last time he ignored my partner & i to help 2 girls who had walked in 2 minutes prior while we had been waiting 10 minutes. He told me “Next time order online & stand over there if you dont want to wait.” No apology nothing just straight up rude. That made me start going to cannazone in the parking lot next to Danks. Seriously get it together.
