Poor customer service and rude employees. Tried asking for a manager and was not assisted inside. We proceeded to call the store to report our experience since we did not receive any assistance inside and was oddly approached by a manager outside, off the premises which is unsafe. Their protocols need to be communicated to their customers so they are aware and the employees need to be further trained on bias. Our complaints weren’t taken seriously and it seemed like the team was trying to cover for each other which is extremely bias and not in the best interests of their customers. I hope they do better but we will no longer shop here.

I've been in this storefront a few times and every visit has been pleasant, fun, and educational. As someone relatively new to this world I've had nothing but kindness demonstrated my way. Today especially! Briley was phenomenal in their excitement for the products they were pitching, the brands they stood behind, and were more than helpful in finding something that was going to work for me. Thanks to Briley and the team for making me feel exceptionally welcome and taken care of!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LONG WAIT TIME, RUDE EMPLOYEES. I’ve gone to both Renton and Auburn locations. Renton once, that was enough for me because the quality of the products I got were terrible and I felt scammed. I’ve never had a live resin cart be so horrible, taste bad and have absolutely no THC high. This is definitely my last time spending money at any location. Tried the Auburn location again today only because it’s close to where I live but the employees are so rude and arrogant. They piss me off. And that should NOT be happening at a dispensary. The employees ignore you, they don’t listen, they’re arrogant and egotistical and treat you like you have to be super nice to them first to get any good customer service it’s bizarre. There are so many protocols set up yet they can’t even get your order together right and fast without talking about themselves for 10 minutes and if you don’t want to listen or have to hurry to get to work they get rude and a poor attitude. I will GLADLY drive out of my way and spend at least $200 at Zips. Zips has great deals and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. And they don’t have jail/ prison style setup to just buy or look at some weed.
