I truly have never been to a company with customer service quite this amazing. I want to give a huge shout out to Joe and Kyler for being so wonderful. Last week I came in and had accidentally dropped a 20$ bill that I had in my purse and was unable to make my purchase because I thought I had just forgotten to put it in there. These amazing men held onto that bill for a whole week, until the next time I came in and they immediately recognized me. They put in the work to track down who it came from and kept it safe until I returned. The customer service I received from Joe today was just superior in every way. He went above and beyond in finding out what would be the best fit for me, and offering multiple options without being pushy or impatient. He was genuine, sweet, and kind. I walked out of that building today happy as a clam. Whoever is doing the hiring here needs a pat on the back, and these associates deserve so much praise!! Thank you guys so very much :)
