Communication should improve with patients when the store closes early. It’s not cool to drive all the way there to pick up your order only to find a sign on the door stating they closed early.
This is one of the better locations! The staff here has always been awesome to me and they have the best selection usually. Highly recommend, no pun intended.
One of the worst dispensaries in Richmond. They consistently mislabel strains ( Indica is usually a Sativa dominant hybrid and vice versa) Staff knows about the problem but doesn't correct it. They also can't get their paperwork right and it will cost you minutes ( sometimes 19-15) of your life. I've never seen a business that takes itself so seriously and yet is run so poorly. They forget, they are a medical dispensary, and not a fast food joint. Yet they constantly close early and come back late from their designated daily lunch break ( the whole dispensary closes from 1-1:30 daily ) Did I mention they're the only dispensary that is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays? Don't waste your time and your money here
