Very clean and professional looking environment. I had no idea what I was looking for when I walked in, but Ethan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me taken care of and made suggestions for other products to think about trying for other needs we didn’t address now. And he answered all of my questions and concerns.

While this company provides a valuable service, their customer support is truly terrible. I had a 2 o’clock appointment phone today, which was 23 minutes ago and nobody has called yet. I inquired on customer support with chat, but my good customer support rep, Albert, seems to have disappeared on me. This is consistent with the poor attitude of those that work at the actual G leaf stores. For whatever it’s worth, I just told Albert I’ll keep filing complaints like this until they call for the appointment.

This was my first time coming to this location but everyone was super friendly and had great vibes. They were playing fun music and the staff seem to really enjoy what they do. Shoutout to Matthew for making my first experience a great one!

Elizabeth was awesome! Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions! She was very friendly and took her time with me! I felt like I was her only customer. She made me feel like not just a customer but a friend. Thank you Elizabeth for all your help!

Melvin was great and helpful and security guard was very friendly however checkin girl was about as friendly as a doorknob. Surrounded by pictures of sweet animals, she never smiled, you could barely hear her and her tone was neither welcoming nor friendly. ABSOLUTELY WRONG PERSON TO HAVE GREETING PEOPLE AT THE DOOR!!! I continue to be baffled by the snottiness and general rudeness of some of the employees hired by Gleaf considering the amount of money we, the customers, spend there- which pays their wages- and how often we frequent the place and tip them. But I guess they are entitled millennials and no one has corrected them or given them a reality check.
