Twice, two times I’m let down. Great product when they get it right. I go in and tell them what I want and half the time I’ll get a mix up. Not a wrong flavor, or strain, a different product altogether. I only buy carts, and vapes. They have given me rosin, or tar, or something but the actual resin cart. They don’t do refund or take backs so I’m stuck. Once was cool, twice! Thats crap service.

I previously left a positive review in exchange for a discounted product, but after 6–12 months of experience, I can honestly say I won’t be returning. The products are expensive, and the quality doesn’t match the prices—especially considering they’re comparable to Baltimore dispensary pricing without delivering similar value. A big reason we kept coming back initially was the ownership. The owner and his mom are very friendly and welcoming. A close friend of mine introduced me to the shop and the owners and was extremely enthusiastic about the place—so much so that he pursued a job there from the time they opened. I’d never seen him want a job like that. After initially being told he was hired, the owner later reached out to my friend to say he had decided to go with another candidate. While I understand that business decisions are business decisions, that situation caused me to lose a lot of respect. My friend was a loyal, frequent customer and would have happily put his earnings right back into the store. No hard feelings toward anyone, but it was a reminder that friendly businesses aren’t always the same as businesses that truly give back. I prefer to support family-owned shops that stand by their community, and this just isn’t one I can get behind anymore.
