This is my third year shopping at the Colonial Heights Gleaf location. The service is always fabulous, and when I ask questions about their products, the technicians always have informative answers. Tiffany waited on me today, and she is a wonderful lady to talk to and deal with. A great place and never too busy.

Not easy to come in first day. Would probably be better to go in to any other location. At other dispensaries all i had to do was have them scan my barcode on my certificate and they set me up. Few minutes later i was good to shop. Not here, i came here cause i wanted something new and i ended up just leaving after not being able to set up an account! I drove about an hour for no good reason
I love this place. The staff is amazing. They have certain guidelines they must follow but they always kind and pleasant. I've not had a bad experience with any staff member since I started coming here over a year ago. Marianne has waited on me more than once. She's always smiling and upbeat. She has no problem answering any questions I may have and if I don't have questions she handles business quickly without making me feel rushed.
