Great customer service. First time there and cannot say enough good about my visit! Both guys working were very friendly and helpful. Great selection of products. Great atmosphere I felt very comfortable asking questions! I will definitely shop here again soon!

Love this place, the staff is great, and helpful. First time ever going into a shop like this and they helpped me through deciding what I wanted. Prices are decent, products are great, easily one of my favorite stops now

I have visited The Green Man 4 times, with mixed experiences but well enough to keep me coming back until last night that is. I came to the shop, made polite conversation with staff while I looked at the menu, then asked the employee if tax was included in the listed price or added separately so I knew how much money to withdraw from the ATM. Innocent enough question right? Apparently not, because the employee responded by curtly telling me that information was listed at the bottom of the menu if I bothered to read it, and every state in the U.S. needs to collect sales tax. Surprised by this reaction, and thinking he must have misunderstood my question, I then responded clarifying that I knew this, but wanted to be sure I had enough cash and other local dispensaries price their product to include the sales tax, so I couldn’t remember if they did too. This is where things went downhill, because the employee looked at me and said “Look buddy, this is a business, not the streets, and you have to pay sales tax.”  At this point, thoroughly insulted by the suggestion that I was trying to avoid paying sales tax, implying they were running an illegitimate business, and the insinuation that I’m more familiar with “the streets” and unclear on how a legal business operates, I had been insulted enough and let this man know exactly what I thought of his degrading comments and rudeness. Needless to say, I will not be back to this establishment, I do not recommend it to anyone unless you like to be insulted, spoken down to, or accused of being better versed in “the streets” if you have a question. They obviously don’t need my business with how they treated me for asking if prices were tax included, so they probably don’t need yours either! And to that employee, I hope you are able to work out the reason that you take such an automatic negative stance against others as well as your listening comprehension when conversing with others. With the way you treated me, a complete stranger who had been polite and pleasant prior to you insulting me, I can’t imagine your personal life and interactions are any better. I wish you and your fine “establishment” well, and some therapy might help you unpack some of your personal issues.
