The staff are the heart of the place. There’s a quirk spunky, sharp-witted budtender with glasses who’s deeply knowledgeable and effortlessly welcoming—someone who makes you genuinely excited to return. A tall, jolly gentleman with glasses brings warmth and good humor, and a newer, younger budtender rounds out the team with curiosity, education, & an eagerness to learn. The energy is familial, grounded, as well sincere. The selection is broad + thoughtfully curated. Multiple refrigerated cases offer a wide range of beverages—from CBD & terpene-forward options to full THC drinks. They also carry wellness items like massage butters also oils, as well as products for pets, including treats + tinctures. Glassware, batteries, also accessories are well represented, the Roman-inspired aesthetic—busts, statues, and classical motifs—gives the space a distinct character without feeling gimmicky. Pricing is fair for Vermont. Cartridges may run slightly higher than some markets, but still notably better than nearby competitors, including Theory Wellness across the street. You feel the difference not just in value, but in care. Cannabis Maximus feels like a modern forum—where craft, culture, and community meet. Well worth the visit.
