BLOC Pharmacy - South Jordan

Bloc has been a staple for me for the last 2 years. It's gotten progressively better products and better prices over that time. They are quick and efficient when compared to the other dispensaries. They have good product knowledge and new strains all the time. They have also taken care of me if I have ever had issues with equipment or product. Big shoutout to Josie and Mike for going above and beyond helping me sort out issues. Big shout-out to Riley too for his product knowledge and dopeness. I always look forward to stopping by. I can’t say enough good things about Bloc Pharmacy in south Jordan. Beyond having a great selection and knowledgeable staff, what really sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about their community. I’m a preschool director, and when there was a misunderstanding around an educator discount for one of my staff members, I reached out just looking for clarity. Their response was thoughtful, kind, and incredibly validating. They listened, took responsibility, clearly affirmed that early childhood educators are valued, and immediately took steps to make it right including ensuring better communication moving forward. It meant a lot to see a local business handle feedback with empathy and integrity. Moments like that are why I’ve always felt good recommending Bloc to my staff and why I’ll continue to support them. Truly appreciative of the way they show up for educators and for our community.

I LOVE coming here. Everyone is happy, kind, and friendly. Workers, fellow patrons, even i find myself being more outgoing while shopping. Very easy to get helpful knowledge from the workers to help aide the decision of what will help you most. If I were to recommend any cannabis pharmacy in utah, itd be the bloc.

I have been going to this pharmacy exclusively since 05/2020. I have spent over $10,000 here. Yesterday I asked for a refund *for the first time ever* and they denied me. I have purchased carts before. We have all had that annoying cart that only seems to have one circle at the bottom of the cart working. You take one puff, it creates a bubble, and since that is the only circle working, you have to wait a couple hours before another hit or use a lighter to try and bring the medicine down. Imagine dealing with that with a 2g disposable. I will never trust a disposable again. I needed to save money, and I lost around $100. You can not use a lighter to save you, obviously. The puff I took was even smaller than I would for an annoying cart, and it still creates a bubble big enough I cant get a second small puff. Except, you can't see the bubble! So enjoy roasting your throat and your dispo coil on that second puff! Glad this MEDICINE is effectively helping me... not. I no longer trust Bloc. I have such a long history with Bloc. To Bloc, as I can see now, you're just a number and an income. I was within the 7 day window. I brought it back ASAP. Also, when I went back later to get a replacement device that had been dropped off by the manufacturer for me, they "forgot" to put my ID in my medicine bag in the drive-thru. I've been going to the drive-thru for a long time, and that was the first time it happened. Felt like retaliation. Can't tell if im even safe to shop here. Now I have to drive back from Sugarhouse even though i have agoraphobia. It's not worth shopping here just for a student discount when I could get delivery from another pharmacy instead.

Staff did amazing at keeping the joy going. Great references and professional resolution to your medical needs. Thought I got a bad cartridge, turned out to be my battery, staff helped me with making sure product was good... thank you. Definitely going back. Any better deals??
