Customer Reviews
I've always had a fine time with Curaleaf since I moved to Provo. One time I thought I got a bad cart, but it was just the battery, so they gave me a great deal on a new battery. Today some lady was having money issues, which was fine, but Chad gave me a discount on my order anyway, which was really cool because it wasn't a problem. All around I've had a great experience every time I go.
Literally a joke they have 5 people working and yet the line is slow... like it's time to either get better systems or train a little better. I'll be happy to stick with the lehi store because the line is busier and the wait is literally half than provo so if you have a car make the drive because I bet by the time your back the line wouldn't of moved...
The employee at the front desk was kind and complimentary, and they got me back quickly. My budtender was Tyson, who knew the exact gummies to match my needs when I said I needed something to help with sleep. He was easygoing and the overall experience was great.
Roz did an amazing job helping me with my order. She is a wonderful and hard working employee! She always has a nice welcoming smile on her face as she greets everyone that comes in. Will definitely go back!
I love this place, honestly my first time there was a bit of a mess but that was just due to miscommunication on their part but luckily to so say since Roz was hired on things have gone amazing! Everyone there is so nice and ensure to fallow all regulations so we can trust that our medication is the highest of quality and their education is top shelf all the way heck I have a pharmacy right my own town and I still drive out of my way to come to Provo because they always remember me and treat me with the up most respect. 10/10 😉
