Excellent customer service. Everyone is always smiling and welcoming every time I go in. Even though I'm not a customer.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this place. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I asked a simple question and was treated like I was an inconvenience. The employees were rude, spoke in a condescending tone, and made no effort to assist me. What really crossed the line was the assistant manager. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they raised their voice and yelled at me in front of other customers. It was completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. No customer should ever be spoken to that way. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism.

Being of the older generation I was scared to death of what to do for I had never been in a Medicinal Pharmacy. Now I ask myself why did I procrastinate. The young lady was absolutely amazing. Answered all my questions and I didn't feel stupid. The pharmacist also came and explained things, he's amazing. Absolutely an amazing place.
The staff are incredible, very helpful, knowledge and always smiling and very friendly. Keith Katie, Jen, Ben, Macy are all very professional and there recommendations are always correct and givin with my best intrest bring there top priority. I would recommend Dragonfly Wellness in Price Utah to anyone. 5 stars all day!!!!
